How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter or offer mail?

The rootDB newsletter is free of charge. The newsletter is only sent to users who have previously registered on the rootDB website and agreed to receive the email.

If you wish to unsubscribe from the 'rootDB Newsletter', please first log in with your username and password.

Then open the user menu by clicking on your avatar at the top of the page. Go to:

Preferences > Email & Newsletter > Newsletters, offers and discounts. Simply uncheck the option you do not want.

If you would like to receive the newsletter again in the future, you can re-enable it in the same way.
