New Ubuntu 22.04 promotional video released
Canonical has released a new promotional video "Upgrade your Desktop" from the current Ubuntu 22.04 LTS release. Looks very fancy
Important for Ubuntu Server: As of now, the 20.04 LTS to 22.04.1 LTS upgrade works via "do-release-upgrade" in the console. Ubuntu always releases the upgrade only after a first update (22.04.1) has been released for the respective version.
Before the now granted release by Canonical one had to adjust the file "/etc/update-manager/release-upgrades" and replace the "prompt=lts" with a "prompt=normal". Then you could upgrade to the latest version with "do-release-upgrade -p".
Try Ubuntu now:
Download 22.04.1 Desktop
Download 22.04.1 Server
